Dedicated power for a basement sauna

For a Prior Lake basement sauna project in May 2026, we installed a dedicated circuit from the garage electrical panel to the basement and completed the sauna heater connection. Planning the wiring route and the equipment’s power requirements was part of the project.

Garage GFCI troubleshooting and repair

In August 2026, we diagnosed a garage GFCI receptacle in Prior Lake that would not reset. We replaced the failed device, corrected the connections in the electrical box and tested the receptacle’s trip/reset operation and voltage after the repair.

Plan the electrical work before installing new equipment

A remodel, new appliance, hot tub or electric vehicle can change what you need from your electrical system. Tell us which equipment you are adding and where it will be located. We review the existing system and discuss the proposed wiring, circuits and any panel work the project may require.

Explore our panel and circuit breaker services and EV charger installation. The right scope depends on the equipment and property; a new installation does not automatically mean you need a panel replacement.

Lighting, outlets and electrical repairs

We also help with indoor and outdoor lighting and switches and outlets. If lights flicker, a breaker trips repeatedly or an outlet stops working, describe when it happens and which areas are affected. We assess the problem and explain the available repair options.

What to include in a service request

• Your Prior Lake service address and a description of the problem or project.
• The model and electrical requirements of new equipment, if available.
• Photos of the intended installation area and the outside of the closed electrical panel.
• Access details and scheduling needs, especially for a business property.

Use the quote form below for planned work. We will review your request and discuss the scope and estimate before the agreed work begins.
